Portuguese olive oil producer “Amor é Cego believes in quality rather than quantity. That is the reason why they are now converting their olive tree plantation into an organic olive grove. They have let their Galega olive trees grow at their own pace and aim to produce a small quantity of high-quality oil: the 2025 harvest yielded 650 litres of olive oil, also sold in 16.9 fl oz bottles.
